पुराने Himalayan formula को पूरी तरह छोड़ा नहीं गया
Himalayan 440 का overall silhouette पुराने Himalayan 411 से काफी familiar है। इसमें tall stance, बड़ा fuel tank, high-set handlebar, tall windscreen और adventure-oriented bodywork मिलता है।
Design को थोड़ा fresh रखने के लिए LED headlight, नए graphics और नए colour options दिए गए हैं। पीछे LED taillight, bulb-type indicators, rear fender और long exhaust मिलता है।

इसके numbers देखकर इसे outright performance-focused bike मानना सही नहीं होगा। Himalayan 440 का setup touring और adventure use की तरफ ज्यादा झुका हुआ दिखता है। 6-speed gearbox highway use में useful साबित हो सकता है, लेकिन actual cruising refinement और engine behaviour का बेहतर अंदाजा road test के बाद ही लगेगा।
